Shopify Developer (On-Site, Full-Time) — Jaipur
Location: Jaipur (ON-SITE only)Company: Thread To FormEmployment Type: Full-time — This is not a freelance/remote role.We’re hiring a hands-on Shopify Developer to own the technical and product side of our Shopify storefront. This is a builder role: you’ll code, ship, optimize, troubleshoot, and partner with product/marketing/ops — all from our Jaipur office.What You’ll Own — Technical + Site Product •Shopify site management: day-to-day ownership of our Shopify store (Online Store 2.0). Ensure an exceptional customer experience across desktop & mobile. • Hands-on development: customize/build themes and features using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs. Maintain a clean codebase and version control (Git). • Feature delivery & bug fixes: build new features, integrate apps/APIs, debug checkout and storefront issues, and execute technical improvements quickly. • QA & release management: manage and QA site updates, feature rollouts, and hotfixes; follow staging → review → production workflow. • Digital product & merchandising ops: update content, collections, navigation, product pages; curate collections and on-site storytelling in alignment with marketing and launches.Qualifications (must-have) • 3+ years hands-on Shopify development experience (Liquid required).  •     Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.  •     Comfortable with Shopify Online Store 2.0, theme architecture, and app integrations.   •     Experience with analytics and measurement (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Excel/Sheets).   •     Proven ability to diagnose production issues (checkout, app conflicts, performance drops) and ship fixes under pressure.    •     Solid communication skills and ability to work in a small, fast team — on-site in Jaipur.    •     Comfortable owning both technical and product decisions end-to-end.Nice to have    •     Shopify Plus experience    •     Familiarity with Figma / design handoffs     •     Experience with backend integrations (REST/GraphQL) or custom apps      •     Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar/Clarity, Optimizely/Google Optim• Performance & analytics: measure and improve KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce).
