The Role

Vice President of International Business Development

You’ll lead international expansion, CRM implementation, contract negotiation, sales growth, and digital marketing alignment — all while building a team and setting measurable, results-oriented goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets and strategic B2B relationships
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategy with global wholesale and trade clients
• Implement and own CRM tools (e.g.,

  Pipedrive

  ) to manage pipeline and reporting
• Creating and managing healthy Sales Funnel
• Guide

  digital marketing alignment

  to support international growth and lead gen
• Build and manage a high-performing international sales and business development team
• Set, track, and deliver on quarterly and annual performance goals
• Represent Thread to Form at international trade shows and account meetings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, design, and operations

What We’re Looking For

• 8–15 years

  of international business development or strategic sales leadership
• CRM experience (especially

  Pipedrive

  ) and structured sales operations knowledge
• Experience

  guiding digital marketing strategies

  alongside sales functions
• Strong leadership in

  team building, hiring, and performance goal setting

• Background in home decor, textiles, design, or artisan crafts is a strong plus

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus

• Must be available to work on-site in Jaipur
