Job Description

Position - Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to build, manage, and scale the online presence of multiple group companies. The role involves digital content creation, brand communication, SEO-driven visibility, and reputation management across all digital platforms—including Google My Business and review ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities: -

Content Creation & Design

· Create engaging graphics, flyers, marketing campaigns, and multimedia content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.

· Design and schedule special day posts, monthly marketing themes, and promotional creatives.

· Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency, tone, and visual identity.

· Work closely with design teams and stakeholders for conceptual approvals.

Social Media Management

· Manage social media accounts for multiple business units and personal branding profiles, including leadership LinkedIn.

· Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media management tools.

· Monitor engagement, trends, and audience response to refine content direction.

Brand Coordination & Approvals

· Review and validate designs before publishing and share updates with relevant team members.

· Coordinate workflow between content creators, approvers, and external stakeholders.

· Collaborate with leadership and internal teams on messaging, campaign focus, and content updates.

Research & Strategy

  • Conduct ongoing research on:

Industry-specific marketing trends

§ Competitor branding strategies

§ Audience behaviour and content engagement

§ Trending keywords, captions, and hashtags

  • Identify new content opportunities and propose innovative digital storytelling ideas for:

§ Real estate leasing

§ Retail/mobile accessories market

§ Automotive branding

Publishing & Reporting

· Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting as per weekly and monthly planning.

· Review insights and analytics to support performance reporting.

Google My Business (GMB) & Online Reputation Management (Important Addition)

· Maintain and optimize all Google My Business pages for each business unit.

· Regularly update business information, services, images, posts, and announcements.

· Track and improve online reviews across:

o Google

o Facebook

o Instagram

o Other relevant platforms

· Identify and manage positive reviews from existing customer interactions.


🔹 Required Skills

  • Strong skills in Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite)
  • Creative writing ability for captions and marketing text
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital engagement, and content strategy
  • Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills


🔹 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Design, Communications, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Proven experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing (minimum 1 year)
