Experience Requirement

• Minimum

• Product-based brand experience preferred

  Roster-based

• Salary:

  ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview

Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

hands-on execution role

Key Responsibilities

• Create

  product-focused social media content

  (posts, reels, carousels)
• Manage

  daily posting

  on

  Instagram and Facebook

  (LinkedIn exposure is an advantage)
• Plan and execute

  boosted posts and paid campaigns

  using

  Meta Ads Manager

• Prepare and manage monthly content calendars

• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs

• Handle basic customer DMs and inquiries

• Coordinate with sales and production teams

  for campaigns and product updates
• Track performance metrics and prepare

  basic reports using Microsoft Excel

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience managing

  social media for product-based brands

• Hands-on experience with Instagram & Facebook Ads

• Strong working knowledge of Canva

  (mandatory)
• Basic video editing using

  InShot / CapCut

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  for reporting
• Good communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and internet savvy mindset

• Own laptop is mandatory

• Experience managing brand social media pages is compulsory
