🎯

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate qualified B2B leads across

    US, Europe, and GCC markets

    .
  • Use tools like

    Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter

    , etc.
  • Build targeted prospect lists based on ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).
  • Run high-conversion outbound email sequences and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Identify decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, HR Heads, Tech Directors, CIOs).

  • Email & LinkedIn Outreach

    • Create and execute

      personalized cold email campaigns

      .
    • Manage outreach sequences using Apollo, Instantly, or similar tools.
    • Send daily LinkedIn connection requests, messages, and follow-ups.
    • Optimize messaging for higher open rates, reply rates, and conversions.


    Market Research & Data Enrichment

    • Research companies in IT, AI, SaaS, tech startups, and outsourcing segments.
    • Collect verified contact details and enrich leads using advanced tools.
    • Maintain CRM hygiene and update all lead activities accurately.


    Collaboration & Reporting

    • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos and meetings.
    • Report weekly/monthly lead numbers, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
    • Provide insights on market trends across US/EU/Gulf regions.

    • 1–3 years of experience in

      international B2B lead generation

    • Proven track record in generating leads for:

    • Software development

    • Excellent written English for email outreach.
    • Strong understanding of US, European, and Middle Eastern markets.
    • Ability to meet

      daily/weekly/monthly lead targets consistently
