Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 3–5 years

About the Role We are looking for an SRE Engineer to own reliability, deployment, and monitoring of TurboHire’s cloud infrastructure. You will ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and highly available. The role balances hands-on coding, automation, and infra operations, freeing up core engineers to focus on product development.

Responsibilities  Automate CI/CD pipelines for .NET Core, Node.js, Python applications on Azure.  Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure VMs, App Services, Storage, Databases, Networking).  Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform/ARM).  Build monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus/Grafana/Azure Monitor.  Optimize release management to minimize downtime.  Work closely with developers to design scalable, reliable architectures.  Manage incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.  Ensure security best practices (patching, vulnerability scanning, access control).

Requirements  Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD tools.  Strong scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell).  Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).  Solid understanding of cloud networking, scaling, and monitoring.  Familiarity with SQL Server and Redis performance tuning.  Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform/ARM templates).  Strong debugging/problem-solving mindset with a “automate first” attitude.
