ryThe Site HR – NCR will own and drive the entire HR operations at regional level, with a focus on onboarding, engagement, retention, compliance, and employee lifecycle management for all categories of workforce, including blue/grey-collar staff. • nt:Ensure adherence to all local labor legislation and statutory norms (contract labor, wage, PF/ESI etc.). Prepare for audits and support compliance documentation as per organizational/institutional requiremen
