What you would do Lead the design and execution of the People Charter and all strategic HR initiatives Collaborate with leadership on organization design , workforce planning, and performance culture Develop staffing plans aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Champion best-in-class talent management practices to build a competitive edge Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers to create a high-impact employee experience Ideal Candidate Profile 8-10 years in a high-impact HRBP role in a dynamic business environment Strategic thinker with strong ownership, execution, and problem-solving skills Proven experience collaborating with VP/SVP-level stakeholders Solid grounding in organizational behavior, performance management , and talent development Self-starter who can design and implement HR strategies end-to-end Why Join Gamlaa?
