Site Delivery Manager

What will you be doing?

Site Management Activities:

• Graduate degree required; master’s or bachelor’s preferred
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years leading projects with senior stakeholders in service management and delivery and Center level engagements.
• Strong project management expertise; certifications such as PMP, Agile , or ITIL preferred.
• Deep understanding of Shared Services and Global Business Services methodologies, including migrations and service delivery models
• Familiarity with project delivery lifecycles and governance frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Program management qualification (e.g., MSP) is an advantage.
• Proven management experience in large, multinational organizations
• Hands-on experience working in global, matrixed environments
• Demonstrated ability to deliver programs and projects across multiple regions on a global scale
• Track record of building teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills; fluency in English required
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data , resolve issues, and propose innovative solutions.
