Role Overview

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for leading operations, sales, and customer experience at our lifestyle furniture showrooms. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong retail management skills, an eye for design and aesthetics, and the ability to build and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring personalized and consultative selling.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns related to product selection, delivery, and installation.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Showroom Operations

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a premium and welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal in line with brand standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely product delivery and inventory availability.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff (sales executives, visual merchandisers, support staff).
• Motivate the team to achieve sales KPIs and maintain service excellence.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and skill development sessions.

Visual Merchandising & Branding

• Implement attractive product displays to highlight seasonal trends and promotions.
• Ensure the showroom reflects the brand’s style, elegance, and lifestyle identity.
• Work closely with marketing teams for in-store campaigns and events.

Inventory & Reporting

• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product mix in coordination with procurement.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide management insights.
• Track customer preferences and market trends to recommend new product introductions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or related field.
• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in retail/furniture/home décor showroom management.
• Strong sales and leadership skills with proven ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and CRM tools preferred.
