You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations and sales of a premium electronics retail store. This includes ensuring adherence to store and brand standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to personal hygiene, processes, SOP hygiene, and store hygiene. Your role as a Sr. Sales Manager will involve leading the staff to achieve operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction. You will have direct interaction with the leadership team to implement and achieve the company's vision and direction. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) as the educational qualification. Ideal candidates should have a total of 1 year of work experience, with at least 1 year in a management role (Preferred). Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred for this role, including Hindi, Kannada, and Tulu. English language proficiency is required. The work location for this position is in-person, at the retail showroom.,
