Showroom Manager

As a Sr. Sales Manager for the premium electronics retail store, your role will involve overseeing and managing the daily operations and sales of the premium retail showroom. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Store and Brand SOPs, including personal hygiene, process, SOP hygiene, and store hygiene. Your leadership will be crucial in leading staff towards achieving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will have direct interactions with the leadership to implement and achieve the vision and direction of the store. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage the daily operations and sales of the premium retail showroom - Ensure adherence to Store and Brand SOPs, including personal hygiene, process, SOP hygiene, and store hygiene - Lead staff to achieve operational excellence - Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service - Interact with the leadership to implement and achieve the vision and direction of the store **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of total work experience preferred - 1 year of management experience preferred - Proficiency in English required - Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and Tulu preferred Please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person.,
