Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve monthly and yearly showroom sales targets.
• Guide and motivate the sales team to maximize sales and upselling opportunities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Showroom Operations

• Ensure proper display, visual merchandising, and stock arrangement to attract customers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for timely replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and overall showroom presentation as per brand standards.
• Implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns effectively.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and supervise sales executives, cashiers, and support staff.
• Set individual and team performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback.
• Prepare duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Motivate staff to maintain a positive, customer-focused environment.

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Manage billing, discounts, and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
• Monitor expenses and optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and audit requirements.
