Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase walk-ins, conversions, and average billing value.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve performance.

Customer Experience & Service

• Ensure every customer receives a superior showroom experience.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain showroom ambiance, hygiene, and display standards to align with brand guidelines.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to deliver high performance.
• Schedule staff shifts and monitor attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous skill development.

Operations & Inventory

• Oversee stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Monitor product displays, price tags, and ensure proper merchandising.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and daily showroom reports.

Administration & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and retail standards.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and banking processes with zero discrepancies.
• Maintain showroom assets, safety, and security measures.
