Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations of our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining showroom standards, driving sales targets, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the furniture showroom.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Oversee product displays, showroom layout, and visual merchandising to maximize customer appeal.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with management.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in retail management, preferably in furniture, luxury, or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sales teams and drive performance.
  • Knowledge of furniture trends, designs, and customer preferences is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS/CRM systems.
