Showroom Manager (Home Decor Showroom) Experience: 5–10 years in retail management (Home decor / Furnishings preferred) Location: Ahmedabad Education: Any Graduate / MBA preferred Role Overview: The Showroom Manager oversees complete showroom operations including sales, staff management, customer service, inventory, visual merchandising, and business growth. The position requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong market understanding. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the showroom. Plan and execute sales strategies, seasonal offers, and promotional activities. Track market trends and customer demands in the home decor industry . Maintain sales reports and MIS for management. Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team. Assign daily responsibilities and ensure high performance. Conduct product and sales training sessions periodically. Operational Management: Ensure showroom displays, lighting, and arrangements follow proper visual merchandising standards. Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/procurement team. Manage billing, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation. Customer Service: Handle premium customers personally. Resolve escalations and ensure excellent customer experience.
