In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities related to the efficient and timely movement of freight across various transportation modes. Problem Solving: Address any issues related to shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, or customs clearance and resolve them effectively. Maintain contingency plans to minimize disruptions in the supply chain. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Ensure proper inventory management and coordination with the warehouse team to ensure smooth dispatch and receipt of shipments. Ensure the availability of required materials and products for shipment as per customer orders. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferred). Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements. Strong understanding of supply chain management and freight forwarding operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and any freight management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
