Job Description

As an experienced Operations & Customer Service Manager in the container leasing or container management sector of Shipping line, NVOCC, or container leasing, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating advanced business communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. - Leading a team of 3-5 members, showcasing your experience in team management and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Developing and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, strategizing plans to achieve them, and monitoring performance effectively. - Handling performance evaluations and effectively managing disputes to ensure smooth operations. - Managing key stakeholders, building strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met. - Utilizing your global exposure in a similar industry to lead the team successfully. - Showcasing excellent reporting skills using tools like Excel and other MS tools, with knowledge of PowerBI and other advanced systems being a key advantage. - Having knowledge of Total Quality Management as per Six Sigma would be beneficial for this role.
