Job Purpose: To manage and coordinate logistics operations transportation dispatch from Factory. Ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers & receipt of Raw Material while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies. Role & responsibilities Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Coordinate receipt and dispatch of goods. Ensure proper documentation for all shipments (e.g., invoices, packing list, check list, CEO, EBRC, e-way bills). Liaise with transporters, forwarder, shipping line, Freight Forwarder & Clearing Agent for timely delivery and stuff the cargo. Vendor and Transport Coordination: Negotiate freight rates and ensure transporter compliance. Track shipments and resolve delays or issues proactively. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports. Analyze logistics data for performance improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree. 15-20 years of experience in Import, Export & Logistic operations. Good knowledge of transportation and documentation. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations. Preferred Attributes: Excellent communication and coordination skills. Team player with attention to detail. Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and relevant logistics compliances.
