1. Pre-Arrival: Obtain all necessary documentation from the shipper, including commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. Verify the accuracy and completeness of the documentation. Notify the consignee of the shipment's arrival and request instructions
2. Customs Clearance: Prepare and submit customs entries to the relevant authorities. Pay applicable duties and taxes. Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance
3. Delivery: Arrange for transportation of the goods to the consignee's designated location. Obtain proof of delivery. Update the tracking system with delivery information.
