Department: Exim Department Number of Positions: 02 Roles and Responsibilities Monitor and supervise day-to-day EXIM and Excise work, ensuring the accuracy of customs documentation Assist freight forwarders and customs brokers with import and export issues related to all shipments Review and process freight invoices for accuracy Track, trace, and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to all the company s destinations Thoroughly review and print all import and export documentation to ensure full compliance Manage import and export freight costs data, tracking for Indian Customs, and collaborating with the company s accounting department as needed Assist in the process of drawback claims as required Work outside normal hours of operation when necessary to fulfill essential functions and responsibilities Coordinate and follow up with CHA/Freight forwarders for container DO, customs clearance, SI filing, VGM, etc Check FCR and BL drafts as per requirements Handle pre and post-shipment documentation, including COO, GSP, CEPA, etc Manage bank work related to document lodgment and follow up for the release of EBRC and clearance of EDPMS entry Prepare and maintain MIS regarding day-to-day export and banking activities Maintain proper records of all documents in both soft and hard copies Verify and process payments for all port, CFS, and customs charges Requirements Minimum of 3 year of experience in monitoring, supervising, and ensuring the accuracy of day-to-day EXIM and Excise work Knowledge of Export Oriented Unit (EOU) Freshers are not considered Join our team at The Steefo Group as a Jr. Export and Import Executive and become an integral part of a company committed to excellence in global trade and customer satisfaction.
