Write and execute unit, integration, and system tests , debug issues, and create test data aligned with defined test scenarios. Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and developers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions. Continuously evaluate and improve automation frameworks by adopting modern Python libraries and tools. Take ownership of automation projects , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Mentor and guide junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of learning and accountability. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 69 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong focus on Python. Hands-on expertise with Python automation frameworks (e.g., BDD frameworks like Behave, pytest-bdd, or Cucumber). Strong experience in UI automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright . Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration). Strong debugging, problem-solving, and test data preparation skills.
