ServiceNow GRC Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow IIRM/GRC, including P&C, Risk, Adv Risk, Audit, VRM, BCM, RCM, OpRes, Privacy, ESG, Accelerators, Workflow, Flow Designer, and Configure and manage GRC/IRM Workspace.

• Design and develop ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet business requirements.
• Implement and configure GRC modules such as Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Develop workflows and automation scripts using ServiceNow's workflow management tool.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC implementation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow GRC tools and features.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow GRC development, including P&C, Risk, Adv Risk, Audit, VRM, BCM, RCM, OpRes, Privacy, ESG, Accelerators, Workflow, Flow Designer, and Configure and manage GRC/IRM Workspace.
• Experience with XML and structural programming concepts is required.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and version control systems is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• A full-time graduate degree is required.
