Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

Act as the main technical expert and point of contact for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
Design end-to-end solutions following ServiceNow best practices.

Implementation & Development:

Configure and customize modules such as
Policy & Compliance
,
Risk Management
, and
Audit Management
.
Work on
IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
implementations.

Process Optimization:

Analyze existing business processes, document them, and propose optimized workflows.
Identify system gaps and suggest maintainable, scalable solutions.

Integration Expertise:

Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or tools.

Additional Skills (Added Advantage):

Experience with
Security Incident Response (SIR)
and
Vulnerability Response (VR)
modules.
Familiarity with
Service Portal
and
Workspace
customization.
