ServiceNow GRC Developer

As a Skilled DevOps Developer with experience in technical GRC, your role involves providing technical leadership and subject matter expertise to the Dev team to increase team velocity. You should have 4-5 years of Service Now GRC experience and a minimum of 3-4 end-to-end implementation experiences of ServiceNow GRC. Your responsibilities include maintaining discipline in delivery and timeline commitments, reducing spike stories, implementing first-time-right solutions, and being the single point of contact from Dev to PM, C&E, and PO community. As a Skilled Technical Business Analyst with deep process knowledge in GRC, you will lead junior BAs in the team. Your role requires turning business requirements into functional specifications and mapping them with ServiceNow product design/flow. You should have the ability to act as a bridge between CPO, Technical Lead, and CE. Similar to the DevOps Developer role, maintaining discipline in delivery and timeline commitments is crucial for this position.
