Job Description

Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices.
Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for the project and as the face of the development team.
Support current Policy and Compliance, Risk Management and Audit Management configurations and Business processes.
Document current and propose future process flows.
Added Advantage - Knowledge on Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
Should have worked on ServiceNow IRM implementation.
In Depth knowledge on Integrations. Service Portal and Workspace experience is a plus.
Should be able to identify gaps in the existing environment and propose easily maintainable solutions.

Primary Skills

5+ years of Experience in ServiceNow. 4+ years of Experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM Solutions.
ServiceNow platform in a development or administration role (CSA certification is required.
Experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance processes and requirements. Trained on IRM module (GRC- CIS is desirable.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer and SSO, APIs and Integration Hub
