Develop metrics, reporting and dashboards to track SOX IT control effectiveness and ensure process efficiency, and that risks are being appropriately tracked, communicated and managed. Continually identify opportunities to benchmark controls, automate control testing and streamline manual efforts to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times. Stay current on new technical literature applicable to the internal control process (e. g., PCAOB guidance, SEC, COSO, COBIT, etc.) and maintain awareness of emerging trends and best practices around technology and security controls. Successfully partner with and manage executive level stakeholders, PMOs & Working Groups with Domestic & International cross-functional teams. Create and deliver DT SOX Compliance training materials to key stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to other teams on compliance-related matters. Prepare and present reports on compliance activities and findings to senior management. Requirment Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT audits, compliance, and risk management. Full-time Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent. Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP or similar professional certifications are highly desirable.
