Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.Configure and customize ServiceNow platform elements to meet business requirements.Work collaboratively with clients to gather and document requirements.Develop integrations with other systems as needed.Implement and adhere to best practices for ServiceNow development.Participate in the design of workflows to improve processes.Monitor and optimize system performance and functionality.Provide technical support for ServiceNow applications and resolve issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning.Conduct testing and debugging of applications before deployment.Maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes.Train end users on new features and functionalities.Stay current with ServiceNow releases and emerging technologies.Assist in change management processes and ensure compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Strong knowledge of JavaScript and web services (REST/SOAP).Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools.Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Understanding of database concepts and SQL.Certifications in ServiceNow development are a plus.Basic knowledge of networking and server configurations.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.Willingnesitsms to learn and grow within the organization.
