Job Title : SO- ServiceNow Implementation

Location : Chennai

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant ServiceNow with 8 years of experience in IT Service Management and expertise in ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders to enhance business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

• Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase and post-deployment.

• Experience in integration of ServiceNow with alternate tools/platforms and the ability to lead design sessions to architect the integration.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.

• Identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations and configurations.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of the platform.

• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates, ensuring the team is well-informed and skilled in new features.

• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users and team members.

• Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Knowledge of ITIL framework.

Relevant Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementation.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.

• Experience with developing and optimizing ServiceNow dashboards, alerts, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
