Service Manager

Key Responsibilities: Managing Staff: Hiring, training, and supervising service technicians, advisors, and support staff.  Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and building positive customer relationships.  Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing the flow of vehicles, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with other departments.  Maintaining Quality and Compliance: Ensuring high-quality repairs, enforcing safety policies, and adhering to industry standards and regulations.  Managing Inventory and Budgets: Overseeing parts and supplies, managing inventory levels, and monitoring the department's budget.  Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing service department metrics, and implementing corrective actions.  Driving Service Sales: Developing and implementing strategies to increase service sales and customer retention.  Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensuring the work area and customer waiting areas are clean and safe.  Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements, recommending and implementing relevant improvements.  Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to achieve overall business objectives.  Essential Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills.
