Job Description

As a Service Manager at Infinity Hyundai Dealership in Jharsuguda, Odisha, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the service department effectively. - Ensuring excellence in customer service. - Supervising and training staff members. - Planning service schedules and workflow. - Implementing quality control measures. - Managing inventory efficiently. - Budgeting and controlling costs. - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Handling reporting and documentation tasks. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or MMV. - Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Service Manager in an Automobile Dealership. - Strong technical knowledge of Hyundai and other vehicles. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in service management software and computer systems. - Sound understanding of budgeting and financial analysis. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the automotive industry. - Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
