Service Manager

As a Works Manager, you will play a vital role in implementing and monitoring the entire work floor operation in the service department. Your critical activities will include identifying and resolving bottleneck areas in the work floor operation, ensuring monthly and annual revenue targets as well as vehicle load targets are achieved, and increasing manpower productivity by providing constructive feedback about individual and team performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by attending to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner. Additionally, you will work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall customer satisfaction. - Achieve Volume, Labour & Parts Target - Enhance Manpower & Bay Productivity - Revenue Generation for Value Added Services & Other Departments - Efficient Coordination of Work Progress - Ensure Safety Working Environment - Tools and Equipment Maintenance - Optimize Labour & Parts Turnover Per vehicle - Ensure Customer Satisfaction - Effective Closure of Complaints - Pending Complaints You will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
