Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trichy for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations of machine tool services and customer support. Responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high service standards. Additionally, the role requires preparing regular performance reports, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Technical expertise of 10 to 15 years in CNC machine service and maintenance
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to machine tools and robotics
Experience in team management, project coordination, and customer relationship management
Knowledge of industrial processes, cnc applications, and mechanical or electrical systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to on-site work and collaborate with diverse teams
Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
