Service Manager

Mahindra Merdian Moto urgently required Service Manager in our two locations Key Responsibilities:

- *Service Operations Management*: Oversee daily service operations, ensure timely vehicle servicing, and resolve customer issues. - *Team Leadership & Training*: Lead and mentor service teams, provide training, and set performance goals. - *Customer Relationship Management*: Build strong relationships with customers, address concerns, and improve customer satisfaction scores. - *Inventory Management*: Manage spare parts availability, inventory planning, and cost optimization. - *Performance Monitoring*: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like turnaround time, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: - *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering (Master's preferred for senior roles). - *Experience*: 5-10 years of experience in service management, preferably in the automobile industry. - *Skills*: - Excellent leadership and people management skills. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products. Experienced candidates preferable
