Job Description

As a Service Delivery Executive, your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the project life cycle. Your responsibilities include: - Driving operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous processes and controls. - Understanding the needs and requirements of the customer proactively and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. - Planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budgets. - Handling and maintaining project time sheets and statistics. - Establishing and executing a project communication plan. - Monitoring project milestones and deliverables. - Managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. - Identifying and resolving problems by conferring with project personnel. - Developing and managing work breakdown structure (WBS). - Assigning duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. - Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring efficient process and task execution. - Determining cost reduction strategies without compromising customer satisfaction. - Assessing customer feedback and creatively establishing, improving, and refining services. - Collaborating closely with internal teams and department heads for project success. Your qualifications should include: - 4 to 7 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, Customer Satisfaction, IT Service delivery, Project delivery, and Delivery Management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English proficiency. - Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills. - Willingness to learn and develop new skills. - Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to others. Please note that for Service Delivery Executive positions with 3-5 years of experience, the responsibilities remain the same despite the lower experience range.,
