Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects across Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, and CMS Hubs.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, HubSpot Consultants, Developers, and QA teams.
• Act as the primary client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Facilitate requirement discussions, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Oversee UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Work closely with global clients while aligned to AEST working hours.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 58 years of experience as a Project Manager, with mandatory HubSpot experience.
• Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot Hubs and CRM workflows.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with HubSpot Partners.
• HubSpot certifications (Admin / Sales / Marketing / Operations Hub).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience working with international clients, especially Australia-based clients.
