Your Role 
Total Experience9-14 Years Only LocationBangalore Key Responsibilities
  • Manage  RUN operations  for Salesforce applications across global/multi-org environments using ITIL best practices.
  • Lead  Incident, Problem, Change, and Environment Management  processes, including  Major Incident Management .
  • Monitor application health, minimize production backlogs, and ensure  SLA compliance  with proactive issue resolution.
  • Drive  weekly/monthly SLA reporting , RCA/FMA for quality KPIs, and continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for  planning, budgeting, and forecasting , applying Knowledge Management for efficiency.

    Your Profile 
  • Strong hands-on experience in  Salesforce , E-commerce, Mobile, and UI technologies.
  • Proven track record in  IT Service Industry  and  RUN engagement delivery .
  • Expertise in  ITIL processes  and service operations.
  • Excellent  project planning  and  stakeholder management  skills.
  • Exposure to  Integration, Middleware, Automation tools , or DevOps.
