You are a Sales Manager at Varutra, a rapidly growing Cyber Security Services company specializing in InfoSec Process Audit & Consulting, Technical Security Assessments, Managed SOC & Trainings. Your role is crucial in driving customer reach and revenue growth by leading a team of sales representatives. Your primary responsibilities include leveraging your sales expertise to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals effectively. You should possess a deep understanding of the sales process, excel in lead generation, and have strong negotiation skills. Your success will rely on your ability to inspire and coach your sales team to achieve high performance. Key Objectives: - Represent the company with a comprehensive knowledge of services - Research customer needs and align service offerings - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base - Generate new business leads and nurture client relationships Daily and Monthly Tasks: - Create and execute strategic sales plans to grow customer and client base - Meet potential clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships - Analyze key metrics and business trends related to partner relationships - Ensure company quotas are met by overseeing the sales strategy and conducting regular check-ins with clients - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration - 7+ years of sales management experience in a corporate setting - Proven track record of success in the sales cycle - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Exceptional leadership qualities - Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degree - Consistent success exceeding quotas - Experience in Cyber Security Services industry,
