The company combines cutting-edge engineering with unparalleled customer support to meet the growing demands of global markets.     Job Title: Service Coordinator Location: Faridabad Job Type: Full Time   Key Responsibilities:   Pending Payment Follow-Up – Proactively manage follow-ups for pending payments, ensuring timely resolution and accurate financial tracking. Feedback Calling – Conduct customer feedback calls post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather insights for service improvement. Installation Coordination – Manage and coordinate installation schedules after receiving new instruments, ensuring smooth execution and customer readiness. PI Follow-Up – Monitor and follow up on Proforma Invoices (PI) for spares, visit charges, and service charges to maintain financial accuracy and reduce outstanding dues. Customer Communication – Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and service-related issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and payment statuses for accurate tracking and reporting.   Skills ✅ Payment Follow-Up & Financial Coordination ✅ Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution ✅ Installation Scheduling & Coordination ✅ Proforma Invoice (PI) Tracking ✅ Communication & Customer Service ✅ Reporting & Documentation   Additional Information Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and solution-focused
