Sales Generation: Actively engage with walk-in customers to promote and sell electric cycles. Demonstrate product features, provide test rides, and explain financing options. Job Title: Sales Staff Monitoring Executive (Female) Location: Faridabad Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-3 years (preferred in sales coordination, tele calling, or admin roles) Education: Graduate in any discipline Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team as a Sales Staff Monitoring Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily follow-ups with field sales staff to monitor their performance, track customer visits, and ensure complete coverage of the assigned customer list. This role involves proactive communication, data tracking, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: Make daily calls to field sales staff to: Confirm start and end time of their workday. Track the number of customer visits, including retailers and doctors. Record the POB (Product Order Booking) received. Maintain and update the customer visit tracking sheet. Ensure that the sales staff are working toward covering 200 assigned customers within a 2-week cycle. Follow up on pending customer visits and ensure full territory coverage. Identify gaps in customer coverage and escalate issues when necessary. Prepare and share daily and weekly reports with the management. Maintain accurate records of all communications and performance data. Assist in ensuring that field activities align with company expectations and timelines. Job Title: Service Engineer Experience Required: 3 Years Location: Faridabad (Head Office) Responsibilities for Service Engineers Installation & Commissioning: Ensure proper installation and setup of testing instruments at customer sites, followed by functionality verification. Customer Training: Train clients on the correct operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab instruments. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance and timely repairs to minimize downtime and enhance instrument performance. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote assistance for resolving technical issues faced by customers. Calibration & Quality Assurance: Perform calibration and validation of testing instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards. Customer Query Resolution: Address technical concerns and provide quick, effective solutions to customer inquiries. Spare Parts Management: Ensure the availability and timely replacement of critical spare parts to avoid service delays. Service Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service visits, complaints, repairs, and customer feedback.
