Position: Service CoordinatorCompany: Moonair Home Appliances Pvt Ltd, Ghukna / Meerut Road, Ghaziabad
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the central point of coordination for all service activities: receiving service requests, assigning tasks to the field/service team, tracking job progress and ensuring timely completion.
Liaise with customers to schedule service calls, confirm appointments, follow-up on service completion and gather feedback.
Maintain accurate records of service jobs, parts used, technician visits, service status, escalations and follow-ups in the system.
Communicate with internal teams (sales, logistics, spare-parts, quality) to ensure required parts and resources are available for service jobs.
Monitor the performance of the service team: track metrics such as first-visit resolution, time-to-service, customer satisfaction and escalate issues when needed.
Ensure service standards are adhered to: service team carries appropriate tools, parts, report formats; customer is briefed about service work and any additional charges/parts required.
Assist in service inventory management: spare-parts tracking, replenishment alerts and coordination with procurement/logistics.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate escalation/resolution with the concerned team. Provide status updates to customers and ensure closure.
Provide regular reports (daily/weekly) on service activity, job status, pending calls, customer feedback and improvement opportunities.
Work to enhance customer experience: ensure professionalism of service staff, timely communication with customers, and proactive service suggestions where applicable.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Diploma/Graduate in any discipline; background in customer-service, coordination or field service preferred.
Prior experience (preferably 1-2 years) in service coordination, customer service, dispatch/field support in home appliances / manufacturing / consumer-durable sector is a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in Hindi and English; customer-facing confidence.
Good organisational ability: able to manage multiple service jobs, priorities, technicians and customer calls concurrently.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable managing service records, tracking spreadsheets or service management software.
Ability to troubleshoot basic service-/parts coordination issues, escalate properly and follow through to resolution.
Customer-focused attitude: listens to customer’s issues, keeps them informed, follows up until satisfactory resolution.
Team-player: works with service technicians, logistics, internal teams and external vendors/partners as required.
Availability to work on 6-day schedule, flexible to occasional extended hours/urgent service calls.
