Service Coordinator

The role and responsibilities will include all aspects of customer service care and repairs; as assigned by management and / or reporting manager.

Job Description

Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain

good customer relationships.

. Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as documentation,

managing and updating all service and repair related processes, functions and

documents; including service & repair invoices, processing service & repair orders,

updating service & repair data records and database, tracking and managing all

aspects of spares inventory.

. Troubleshooting of incoming devices

. Asessing and identifying repairable and non-repairable devices

. Checking and confirming devices returned for repairs / replacement / service for

warranty exclusions and inclusions; including check date of warranty validity and

maintaining all reports an records for the same.

. Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the

service desk's productivity efficiency and quality of customer service.

. Develops working knowledge of industry and company compliance regulations,

restrictions, and laws, and ensure service department adheres to all such

regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Experience in service and repairs of electronic medical/ Hearing devices.

· Qualification: Minimum diploma in Electronics Engineering.

· Experience: 2 + years

· Proven ability to handle multiple products services & repair request and meet deadlines

· Proficient in basic computer applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

· Ability to read, write and speak English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills and the ability to think independently

· Ability to work as part of an effective team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm for quality and process improvements.

· Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
