SEO Team Lead

🚀 We’re Hiring: SEO Team Lead (SEO + SMM + PPC)

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead who doesn’t just rank pages—but drives overall digital growth. If you have strong hands-on expertise in SEO, along with solid knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Paid Ads (PPC), and you love leading teams, this role is for you.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

#SEO

Lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization

Oversee technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, etc.)

Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush

Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Team Leadership

Manage, mentor, and guide a team of SEO executives

Define SEO KPIs, workflows, and performance benchmarks

Coordinate with content, design, and development teams

Review team output and ensure quality & timelines

#Social_Media_Marketing (SMM)

Collaborate on social media strategies to support organic growth

Understand platform algorithms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)

Analyze engagement and suggest optimizations for reach and traffic

#PPC (Google Ads / Meta Ads)

Plan and optimize Google Ads & social media ad campaigns

Perform keyword research, ad copy review, and landing page alignment

Monitor budgets, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion performance

Use PPC insights to support SEO and vice versa

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role

Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO

Working knowledge of SMM strategies and PPC platforms

Experience with SEO & analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4)

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
