SEO Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a result-oriented SEO Team Lead who can take charge of projects, lead a team of SEO executives, and ensure timely delivery of SEO campaigns. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and performance across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement end-to-end SEO strategies for clients in various industries.
• Guide and mentor SEO executives with task planning, prioritization, and quality checks.
• Conduct in-depth audits (technical, on-page, off-page) and present actionable reports.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Track performance KPIs, generate reports, and drive results in line with client expectations.

Must-Have Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to create SEO SOPs, checklists, and documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Client handling experience.
• Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Prior agency background preferred.
