Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Lead to own and scale our organic search strategy. You’ll drive growth through technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content-led initiatives, working closely with content, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the SEO strategy to drive sustainable organic growth
Lead keyword research, content optimization, and site architecture improvements
Own technical SEO: crawling, indexing, site speed, and structured data
Analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA, and SEO platforms
Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to implement SEO best practices
Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly
Report on SEO performance, insights, and opportunities to stakeholders

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven growth results
Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience working with developers
Expertise in keyword research, content optimization, and link strategies
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools
Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience leading or mentoring SEO teams
Background in content strategy or CRO
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth environments
