Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for leading the SEO team, managing international projects, and driving organic growth through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives and analysts
• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)
• Handle technical SEO audits including site structure, page speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl errors, schema, and mobile optimization
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization planning
• Manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns
• Coordinate with content, development, and design teams for SEO implementation
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Prepare and present SEO performance reports to management/clients
• Handle international client communication and project delivery timelines
• Stay updated with latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in SEO with at least 2 years in a team lead role
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience handling international SEO projects
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹31,563.30 - ₹57,302.39 per month
