Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven leadership or team management experience.Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media strategy, and performance marketing.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.Experience in agency setup is a strong plus.Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Semrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
