Senior Warehouse Executive

Core Responsibilities :

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all activities. Key duties include:

Inward/Outward Activities Management: Direct and manage all logistics related to incoming and outgoing goods. This includes scheduling, coordinating, and executing receiving, storage, and dispatch operations to meet tight deadlines and maintain service level agreements.

Labour Supervision and Scheduling: Directly supervise the warehouse team, including leading, mentoring, training, and evaluating performance. This involves creating and managing staff schedules, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring all personnel adhere to safety and operational procedures.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting, physical inventories, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying and resolving any issues related to stock control, shrinkage, or damages.

Bin Allocation and Optimization: Oversee the strategic allocation of bins and storage locations to maximize warehouse space utilization and accessibility. Continuously analyze product flow and storage methods to optimize the binning and picking processes.

Putaway Process Oversight: Manage the efficient and correct putaway of all received materials, ensuring products are moved from the receiving dock to their designated storage locations accurately and promptly according to established procedures.

General Responsibilities :

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment in compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring regular checks and proper usage.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, generate reports, and manage all operational data.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, transportation) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years experienced in Logistics, Warehouse operations
• Male Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
