Job Title: Area Manager Industry: Building Materials Experience: 8+ years Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our building materials business in Andhra Pradesh. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing business strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets 2. Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors 3. Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales goals 4. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) 6. Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in sales/marketing/building materials industry 2. Strong knowledge of building materials/products 3. Proven track record of sales growth and team management 4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills 5.
