Job Description

Position Name : HR Generalist Location : Madurai HR- with retail experience Key Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding & Induction: Execute a structured induction plan for all new hires. Evaluate new joiners’ skills and attitude within the first month. Coordinate with managers for effective training and role allocation. Ensure HR presence during all induction processes and monitor daily progress. 2. Training & Development: Conduct regular role-based and life skill training sessions. Develop leadership and growth plans for internal promotions. Maintain clarity in roles and ensure all necessary skills are trained. 3. Performance Management: Monitor individual staff performance and behavior regularly. Support departmental reporting and follow-up on key initiatives. Conduct morning meetings focused on innovation and improvement. 4. Employee Engagement & Retention: Resolve grievances and mediate interpersonal or departmental issues. Conduct stay and exit interviews; analyze attrition data. Promote a positive and collaborative work culture. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
